Paige Davis is the Managing Partner of the firm's Seattle office. Paige counsels clients on all aspects of U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, organizational forms, exit strategies, commercial contracts, and other business operations. She works closely with multinational companies in an outside general counsel-like role to address legal needs arising or connected with their U.S. acquisitions, activities, and operations across jurisdictions.
A native Canadian, Paige has a broad understanding of business and national security regulations in Canada and the U.S. and provides clients with strategic business advice to prevent or navigate compliance issues. Paige regularly advises U.S. and foreign entities on all aspects of import and export compliance, as well as Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States notices and advice.
Paige also works with many closely held businesses, professional services companies, and their owners to develop successful business plans, including addressing licensing matters, as well as helping to develop business succession strategies.
