Pablo is a partner of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than fifteen years of legal experience as part of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate teams.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), general corporate, purchase transactions, joint ventures and real estate, and it extends over multiple industries. His clients include public companies that are listed on the Dow Jones, S&P, DAX, Nikkei and BMV indexes as well as those that are included in the Fortune 500 list.

In M&A, he regularly advises large investors and multinational private equity sponsors in acquisitions and investments in Mexico. He also has vast experience in the restructuring and orientation of transactions in Latin America and other countries around the world. He has provided advice in several of the most sophisticated and complex M&A transactions in Mexico’s and Latin America’s recent history. He specializes in assisting multinational clients that are expanding their operations in Mexico, in all stages of the business cycle, from establishing a company to expanding business operations through new subsidiaries or plants and the daily operations of the company.

Pablo’s practice in Real Estate focuses on complex real estate transactions and regularizations that often involve social, public and private property matters.

He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners Global, Chambers and Partners Latin America, The Legal 500, Latin Lawyer 250, and Latin Lawyer National, among other publications.
