Manuel is counsel at Von Wobeser y Sierra. With more than 9 of experience, he specializes in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practices. He also belongs to four industry groups: Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Real Estate and Financial Services.

Manuel’s practice benefits from an international focus and experience. He has advised leading companies, both national and international, in the planning and execution of strategic corporate changes, the monitoring of day-to-day operations, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, and in matters of corporate governance, foreign investment and real estate. Manuel also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic alliances, corporate restructurings and financing. His clients come from very diverse sectors: food and beverages, services, automotive, industrial and agribusiness, entertainment, technology and real estate, among others.

From 2021 to 2022, Manuel worked as Foreign Associate in Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, where he was part of the Latin America transactions team.

Manuel has been recognized as an “Associate to watch” by Chambers and Partners, for Corporate/M&A Mexico, and nominated by The Legal 500 as “Rising Star” in “Corporate and M&A: High-end” in Mexico.
