Pablo Nicastro

Before the founding Barreiro in 2018, Pablo was part of the team at a prominent law firm in Buenos Aires. During his time there, he gained valuable expertise in various areas of law, positioning him as a highly qualified attorney capable of providing quality legal services to his clients.

In his labor practice, he advises companies on issues related to labor relations and labor unions. He focuses on representing companies in labor legal matters and labor policies, including risk prevention analysis, evaluation and mitigation of contingencies, and the design of comprehensive human resources strategies that also positively impact corporate productivity. His experience assisting clients in conflict resolution and prevention includes large-scale litigation involving multiple jurisdictions.

Pablo provides ongoing consultancy, particularly of a preventive nature, strategies for developing labor relations and company agreements, and in resolving individual and collective disputes.
