Gonzalo Oliva

With an outstanding legal career, Gonzalo has been part of major law firms in Buenos Aires, where he stood out as a leader and partner in various teams. This valuable experience led him to found Barreiro in 2018, establishing himself as a reference in the field of law.

In the technology sector, his professional practice focuses on corporate advisory, particularly in matters related to e-commerce, personal data protection, seed capital, venture capital, and development investments, as well as private equity, commercial contracts, financial services regulation, and debt restructuring.

In Energy and Natural Resources projects, Gonzalo guides companies on issues related to the generation and marketing of conventional and renewable energy.

Gonzalo is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, the International Bar Association, and The Law Firm Network, and he also serves on the Board of Directors of ACDE and the Argentine Society of Culture.
