Juan Pablo De Luca

Before co-founding Barreiro in 2018, Juan Pablo developed a distinguished career in the Judiciary, serving as secretary of the National Court of Appeals on Commercial Matters. This experience made him an expert in the judicial field, which, combined with his subsequent work as a partner in a prominent law firm in Buenos Aires, allowed him to consolidate his solid background and knowledge in law.

Juan Pablo advises companies on commercial dispute resolution, including commercial contracts, telecommunications, international freight transport, financing, energy, oil exploitation, intellectual property, and international debt restructuring.

He also participates in arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the AAA, and the ICSID.

Additionally, he works on the prevention and efficient management of conflicts, including the drafting and negotiation of dispute resolution clauses.
