Osman Mowafy is a Co-Founding Partner at ADSERO-Ragy Soliman & Partners leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice.

Osman has more than 30 years of experience. He specialises in white-collar crime and major commercial disputes that have stirred public opinion over the last decade. He is particularly recognised for handling disputes between investment and commercial agents. Indications include representing major automobile manufacturers in their disputes with their commercial agents in Egypt and representing investors before investment dispute settlement committees, financial regulatory authority appeal committees, and administrative disputes related to capital markets law. Under his leadership, the firm was recognised as the Litigation Law Firm of the Year in Egypt by Chambers and Partners at the 2024 Middle East Awards.

Osman’s practice also spans arbitration, corporate, and commercial matters. He has handled numerous arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and has represented clients in high-value telecommunications and employment-related disputes.

Osman has a broad track record across commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, administrative claims, and financial crime cases, including money laundering and embezzlement. He also advises on the annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards. Known for his hands-on approach, Osman handles the full litigation lifecycle from internal investigations and prosecution to court representation at all levels.
