Hossam is known to be one of the market experts in sovereign, public and private bonds, Sukuk issuances, banking regulation and supervision, Islamic finance, banking litigation and enforcement, debt and equity capital markets, derivatives, investment funds ship, aircraft and asset financing, real estate financing, trade and export financing, project finance, securitization and incorporation and licensing of financial institution. Hossam is also recognized as an authority in the field of non-banking financial services.
Hossam regularly advises major financial syndicates and international commercial and investment banks.
