Malak Khalil is a Partner at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners. She heads the firm’s Energy, Environment and Natural Resources practice group within the General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory Department. Malak is dual-qualified to practise in both Egypt and England and Wales.
Malak has extensive experience advising on matters relating to energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and mining. She is also widely recognised for her work on environmental and ESG-related matters, particularly in the context of regulatory frameworks, waste management, and sustainability. Her practice is distinguished by her ability to advise clients across sectors on both high-value transactional mandates and complex regulatory issues.
Malak regularly advises leading government entities, multinational corporations, and international investors on energy, infrastructure, mining, and ESG-related mandates in Egypt. Her clients include the Egyptian Ministry of Finance, Siemens Mobility, Cairo Three A Group, Japanese multinational conglomerates and several international mining and energy companies. She also works closely with regulatory authorities such as the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority, the Ministry of Electricity and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
