Oliver Bishop

Oliver Bishop is a Partner in the Private Client team at Sinclair Gibson LLP. He advises UK and international private clients, trustees, beneficiaries and protectors on a broad range of private wealth matters, including UK taxation, trust structuring, succession planning, landed estates, wills, and estate administration. He has particular experience advising on complex onshore and offshore trust arrangements and cross-border wealth structures. Oliver also advises on high-value contentious trust and estate matters and has experience of proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Court of Protection and the Royal Court of Jersey. He is recognised for providing technically strong, practical and commercially focused advice to high net worth individuals and families.

Joined Sinclair Gibson (formerly Harcus Sinclair) in 2015 as a trainee solicitor.
