Partner Ólafur Haraldsson joined LEX in 1999. Previously he had established his own practice (in 1995) and worked as an associate at the Councel Office between 1992-1995. Admitted before the Supreme Court in 2002. Lecturer in mortgage law and secured finance since 2003 and mergers and acquisitions since 2008 at Reykjavík University Law Faculty.
