Norbert advises on national and international tax law, in particular group reorganisations, structuring of M&A transactions, private equity specific taxation issues and major tax disputes. His clients include large German and non-German corporates, private equity funds and other financial investors.

Norbert is admitted to the lawyers as well as tax advisor bar. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and a board member of the Fachinstitut der Steuerberater.
