Norbert is leading the ICM / DSF / Financial Regulatory team at A&O Budapest. He has extensive – around 20 years – experience in advising clients on straight debt, covered bond, regulatory capital, equity capital market and structured finance transactions as well as derivatives matters.
Norbert has been involved in providing Hungarian legal advice concerning IPOs and Eurobond issues of Hungarian corporates, derivative transactions, ISDA negotiations and structured products. Norbert’s clients include large international banks and domestic subsidiaries of international companies. Norbert regularly speaks at seminars and often delivers training as part of capacity building initiatives in Hungary.
