Noel Boeke

Partner in the firm's Bankruptcy Group, Noel Boeke's practice specializes in bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation, commercial litigation, asset sales and acquisitions, business contract negotiations, consumer finance defense litigation and Uniform Commercial Code issues. He has represented various types of business clients, financial institutions and other creditors, including commercial banks, finance subsidiaries of manufacturers, corporations, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, and individuals, as well as chapter 11 debtors, and creditor committees. Mr. Boeke is on the Board of Trustees for the Turnaround Management Association and past president of the Florida Chapter. Mr. Boeke served over seven years in the U.S. Navy.
