Noa joined Lener in 2022, as a partner in the litigation department of the Madrid office.

With more than 15 years of experience in pre-litigation and litigation advice in civil and commercial matters, she intervenes in both ordinary jurisdiction and arbitration.

She began her professional career at Lloréns & Diaz de Aguilar. Noa later joined the Public and Litigation Law Department of Uría Menéndez, and subsequently joined Legal Mavens where she became a partner.

She specializes in disputes related to agency, distribution and franchise agreements, construction litigation and liability for building defects, corporate and bankruptcy litigation, and unfair competition proceedings. She has also advised banking entities and users in banking law matters.

Noa is a speaker at the courses and conferences of the Centro de Estudios del Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and teaches at the Universidad San Pablo CEU.
