Boasting more than 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, Enric’s specialist area is focused on advising trading firms and companies, both in corporate aspects as well business transactions, joining Lener in 2023 in the role of partner in the Commercial Division, also taking on the management of the Barcelona office.

He has similarly taken part in Corporate operations in the international sphere, both in equity operations in any of their formats: acquisitions, modifications to share capital, mergers, spin offs or activity branches, as well as handling liability restructuring.

He holds the post of Advisor – Secretary on the Boards of Directors of multiple trading companies, operating in the industrial, automotive, tourism sectors, in public and private sector firms.

Amongst his areas of expertise, he also advises public sector bodies from the Regional Government of Catalonia, foundations and professional colleges, with time-served experience in regulatory compliance for public sector companies and investment processes.

In his role in the educational sphere, Enric is a professor in the Institute of Financial Studies.
