Compliance and Corporate Governance

Lene joins Lener's Compliance and Corporate Governance area in 2023.

She is specialised in the different areas of Corporate Compliance, specifically, in advising private and public companies, in comprehensive projects for the implementation of Regulatory Compliance Management Systems, in the design and preparation of Ethical and Conduct Codes, as well as in Good Corporate Governance and CSR Practices, Compliance in Competition matters, including directly advising the Governing Bodies and the Compliance Officer in the process of risk assessment, design, implementation and review of Compliance Programmes and Crime Prevention Models.

She is a member of Regulatory Compliance Bodies and Ethics and Compliance Committees of companies from different activity sectors.

Her additional experience has amassed more than 18 years advising bodies and commercial companies, both in corporate aspects and in transactions, thus endowing her with a broad knowledge and overview of the company, which allow her to understand and effectively adapt the processes and mechanisms of Compliance vis-à-vis the organisation and business of the client.

Lene is a professor of the Master's Course in Law at the International University of Catalonia, and of the Economics Classroom of the College of Economists of Catalonia in Corporate Compliance.
