He focuses on capital markets and other corporate transactions, and he has a broad range of experience working on matters for issuers, underwriters and other market participants, including initial and follow-on public offerings of equity and senior and subordinated note offerings as well as consent solicitations, exchange offers and other liability management transactions, both on a registered basis and pursuant to various exemptions from registration with the SEC.
