Nino Di Bella

Nino is co-head of the intellectual property, information technology and e-commerce department. He has developed a specific expertise in the intellectual property and information technology law sectors, with an emphasis on trademarks, copyright, advertising, unfair competition, software related matters, internet and new technologies. He advises Italian and foreign clients in acquiring and exploiting intellectual property rights as well as in maximizing and managing intangible assets according to a business oriented strategy.

Graduated in Law from the University of Catania, he has also studied at the City of London Polytechnic.
