Nina Ringen is Partner and Head of the IP practice group at Lundgrens. With more than 15 years of experience, Nina is a specialist in IP (both contentious and non-contentious) providing advice on a variety of matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain names, marketing law, consumer law, and other related areas. She also assists clients with IP portfolio management in particular relative to trademarks and designs and frequently advises on transactional matters pertaining to IP.
Nina advises many foreign and domestic clients on the commercialization and enforcement of IP rights. Major international clients include global brand owners within clothing, toys, furniture, lightning, sportswear, software, and pharmaceuticals (B2B and B2C). Selected and recent work highlights include advising and representing Interflora Denmark in trademark litigation before the Eastern High Court, firmly establishing the renowned brand’s SAY IT WITH FLOWERS trademark (in Danish) as reputable.
Nina is chair of the board of the Danish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (DACG) which is part of the board in the Global Anti-Counterfeiting Group (GACG). Nina is a permanent reporter to the World Trademark Review (WTR).
