Advising Danica Pension on the ongoing development of the prestigious new office and residential CBD (central business district) area Postbyen in central Copenhagen, including development and lease agreements of two significant tower blocks with hotel developer edyn (previously SACO) in 2020, a contract with KPC about a new EUR 268 million tower block project in 2019 and the development of Danske Bank’s new domicile (expected to be completed in 2023).
Advising By & Havn with the establishment of joint ventures with PFA and Pen-sionDanmark respectively regarding the development of two new urban areas in Southern Copenhagen; Stejlepladsen (PFA) and Vejlandskvarteret (PensionDanmark), with a total value of more than DKK 3 billion (ongoing).
Advising Danica and the project developers Nordkranen and Unionkul in the JV Udviklingsselskabet CØ P/S in connection with their ongoing development of the Paper Island (in Danish: Papirøen) located in the harbour in central Copenhagen, including a developing and lease agreement with international hotel company 25hours Hotels in 2019.
