Partner Nils Petter Hansson primarily works with corporate law and real estate, with emphasis on transactions, operation and development of commercial real estate. Hansson also has extensive experience assisting landowners in legal disputes related to real estate legal matters, including expropriation.

Nils Petter Hansson is head of technical estate agency matters at the commercial real estate brokerage firm Heilo Eiendom AS. He also holds several board positions in various business areas (including one of the major residential development companies in Oslo).
