Håvard Wiker works with business law in general, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring and debt negotiations. He is head of the firm's insolvency and restructuring department and is regularly appointed as trustee by the Probate and Bankruptcy Courts in Norway.

Wiker is also a contributing author to Norsk Lovkommentar, published by Gyldendal Rettsdata, where he has authored commentaries on the Bankruptcy Act (Konkursloven), the Creditors' Recovery Act (Dekningsloven) and the Wage Guarantee Act (Lønnsgarantiloven).
