Niklas Eriksson is a Partner in the Finance & Restructuring practice. He has experience in various international acquisition and corporate financing transactions as well as energy and infrastructure projects. Niklas’ experience also includes restructurings, workouts and security enforcements, representing international banks, financial institutions, as well as private equity investors, debt funds and large corporates.

In addition, Niklas has experience in high yield and investment grade bonds and structured finance, and working in the fintech industry. His previous experience also includes working for another major law firm in Stockholm and a leading global payments service provider.
