Partner Ami Paanajärvi is Head of Roschier's EU & Competition and Public Procurement practices in Helsinki. She has extensive experience of acting in merger control and antitrust proceedings before the European Commission and Finnish competition authority. Ami regularly advises clients on multi-jurisdictional merger control matters and various regulatory issues. Her experience also covers public procurement, foreign direct investment and state aid matters.

Before joining Roschier, Ami spent six years as an Attorney in Amsterdam and Brussels working for the law firm Stibbe and she is a member of the New York Bar.
