Nika regularly advises clients on various corporate and commercial law matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions and competition law. She is well versed in all kinds of corporate transactions and has a particular focus on media and technology industry sectors. A large part of Nika’s daily work includes providing corporate governance and structuring advice, especially in terms of regulating complex shareholding relationships.

Nika is also a member of the Commission on Digital Economy (e-business, IT and telecommunications) of the Croatian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Croatia).​
