Franka focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A and real estate projects and advises clients on all aspects of such transactions. She also regularly advises clients on corporate law matters with particular focus on company law and corporate governance issues. She also has an extensive background in various banking and finance transactions.

Franka is also a council member of the European Regional Forum of the International Bar Association, and serves as a member of the ICC Croatia Commission on Marketing and Advertising.​
