Iva has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, capital markets, as well as competition and labour law. She regularly advises clients in all Croatian legal aspects of project development in various business sectors (including hospitality and telecommunication).
