Iva has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, capital markets, as well as competition and labor law. She regularly advises clients from various business sectors (including infrastructure, banking and finance, tourism and hospitality, telecommunication and production of various goods) on development, regulatory and operational matters relevant for their local projects.
Iva is also a member of the Commission on Competition of the Croatian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Croatia).
