Work Highlight:

• Advised MYTY Group AG, a full-service agency which combines the analog and digital worlds, on an acquisition of 404 Group consisting of four targets in Croatia, which are leading marketing and communications agencies for the digital age.
• Advised EBRD on their €60 million acquisition of a minority stake of M Plus Croatia d.o.o., a subsidiary that consolidates the activities of the companies operating in the group’s business-process outsourcing (BPO) segment.
