Nigel heads our Employee Incentives and Share Plans practice and is a recognised expert in advising PLCs, private companies and owner managed businesses, both large and small, on everything to do with reward, employee share ownership, tax effective remuneration structures, design and implementation.

Having previously worked at major London law firms and a leading remuneration consultancy, he has extensive experience of every aspect of the design, implementation and operation of remuneration structures and employee incentive plans, including: long-term incentive plans, executive share plans, all-employee plans and value creation arrangements, as well as performance-related pay such as bonus plans.
