Anna is a partner in Burges Salmon’s banking and finance team. Anna advises a range of clients including international and UK based corporate borrowers, financial institutions and specialist funders on a broad range of real estate finance, corporate banking and energy finance transactions.
Anna has worked on a wide variety of transactions including:
• Advising Ultimate Finance Group on its bridging finance facilities from NatWest Bank.
• Advising AIB Group (UK) plc on a significant funding for the acquisition of two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes in Bristol and Glasgow.
• Advising a large social housing provider on its £60 mil facilities from a leading Northern Irish bank.
Anna is dual qualified and regularly practices in both Northern Ireland and England & Wales jurisdictions.
