Evans has a national, broad-based practice in resort and hospitality law, including resort and timeshare development in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; fractionals and other luxury real estate products; condominiums; mixed-use and planned community developments; condominium hotels; and analysis of club structures.
Nicole counsels owners, franchisors, and franchisees on matters of due diligence, branding and development of hospitality properties, and the negotiation of hotel management agreements and franchise agreements. She also handles more traditional real estate and commercial matters.
