Nick Secco serves as the Chair of Benesch’s Trial Practice Group. He is a nationally recognized trial lawyer whose practice revolves around complex commercial matters, toxic tort cases, and environmental claims. Nick has conducted jury trials involving prominent entertainment and sports figures, high-exposure product liability and mass tort claims, breach of contract claims, alleged violation of fiduciary duties, trade secrets, sensitive employment claims, and patents, among other things. He has also helmed several large bench trials, including a billion-dollar environmental bench trial in federal court, for which he was recognized by The American Lawyer. Additionally, Nick has tried numerous eight and nine figure arbitrations. Nick's trials have been covered by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Dallas Morning News, The American Lawyer, Law360, National Law Journal and various other media outlets. He has repeatedly been ranked as a National Litigation Star by Benchmark.
