Nick Secco serves as the Chair of Benesch’s Trial Practice Group. He is a nationally recognized trial lawyer whose practice revolves around complex commercial matters, toxic tort cases, and environmental claims. Nick has conducted jury trials involving prominent entertainment and sports figures, high-exposure product liability and mass tort claims, breach of contract claims, alleged violation of fiduciary duties, trade secrets, and patent claims, among other things. He has also helmed several large bench trials, including a billion-dollar environmental bench trial in federal court, for which he was recognized by The American Lawyer. Additionally, Nick has tried numerous eight and nine figure arbitrations. Nick's trials have been covered by The American Lawyer, Law360, National Law Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Crain’s Chicago Business and various other media outlets. He is ranked as a National Litigation Star by Benchmark and a National Stand-Out Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.
