Provides a holistic perspective on the challenges and intricacies of the health care industry based on a depth of understanding in areas ranging from antitrust, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements, private insurance, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, licensure, and survey and certification to a wide spectrum of for-profit and tax-exempt non-profit health care clients throughout the country.

Counsels clients on matters of contracting and procurement and litigates cases of public concern before state and federal courts as well as local and state administrative bodies. Takes an active role in directing statewide ballot issue campaigns and political action committee management.
Real Estate & Environmental:
Represents buyers, sellers, developers, business owners, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in a full range of services, from organizing and structuring the largest, most complex transactions throughout the country and around the globe to advising clients on their daily portfolio management issues and environmental compliance, regulatory and liability issues.
Provides tax planning and tax controversy services to clients in the areas of federal, state and local tax law. Provides tax counsel to a diverse group of clients, from large publicly held companies to privately held businesses to entrepreneurs and start-ups.
