Principal areas of practice: Personal injury and clinical negligence litigation in cases of the highest value and complexity. PI cases arising from road traffic, workplace, military, and recreational/transport accidents. Clinical negligence cases, particularly birth damage and missed diagnoses. Particular interest in catastrophic injury litigation generally including brain and spinal injury for both claimants and major insurers. Also, regulatory and disciplinary cases for medical and other professionals and regulatory authorities. Special interest in biotechnology and prosthetics. Also health and safety cases.
