His equity sponsor clients include private equity, growth equity, and venture capital funds, and fundless sponsors and other market participants. He also represents emerging and established companies and their boards of directors.
Neil has broad experience across diverse sectors—including service, software, trade, B2B, and consumer products—and thrives on mastering the intricacies of new industries.
Recent substantive experience includes serving as lead counsel for transactions spanning a diverse array of industries, such as real estate valuations and originations, facilities and trades, higher education, artificial intelligence (AI), hospitality, healthcare, sporting goods, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and fashion.
He has recently advised sponsors such as L Catterton, Gridiron Capital, and Dubin Clark.
