Neil's regular engagements include: portfolio company acquisitions and sales; portfolio company add-on acquisitions; venture capital, growth equity and convertible note investments; joint ventures and “acquire-hire” transactions; securities transactions and co-investments; recapitalizations; corporate governance and complex dispute resolution matters. He also provides efficient “outside general counsel” representation for funds and companies that do not employ in-house general counsel.
Neil is the Vice Chair of the New York State Bar Association Business Law M&A Committee. He is a frequent speaker at NYSBA Business Law Section M&A Committee events.
