Jason has wide-ranging experience representing private equity, venture capital and family office clients in M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures and governance matters. Clients range from industry focused venture capital funds to multi-billion dollar private equity buy-out firms to providing US legal advice on complex cross-border deals. A longtime participant in firm management and various committees, Jason currently serves as a member of the firm's Management Committee.
