Nchima Nchito SC

Nchima Nchito is a senior legal practitioner enjoying the rank and dignity of State Counsel. He was admitted to the bar in 1987 and is renowned as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Zambia. Nchima has participated in several landmark cases in the fields of banking, contract, real estate, tort and constitutional law and specialised spheres of law such as energy, mining, public interest, pensions, employee benefits and insolvency. Nchima is also experienced in arbitration, trusts and perfecting of bank securities. Nchima is the managing partner of Nchito & Nchito. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors and has been involved in the promotion of integrity among professionals in the private and public sectors and serves as director on various Boards.
