He has acted on a number of high-profile M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, financings and commercial contracts. Mr. Misri has also had the privilege of practicing in-house for one of the firm's global clients and as a result, he has unique insight on how to best support clients with internal counsel roles.
Mr. Misri is involved in the legal and his broader community, sitting on two not-for-profit boards and leading the firm’s solicitor’s pro-bono practice. He is a current member of the editorial board of Advising British Columbia Businesses.
