Annette Lambert represents a variety of clients, including power and energy companies, real property and commercial and industrial developers, chartered banks, institutional and private lenders, and a number of other commercial and industrial participants. Annette advises on a broad range of commercial real property matters, including financing, acquisitions and divestitures, project and infrastructure development, and industrial and commercial leasing. She consults at strategic levels on her clients' business transactions, working with them throughout transactions and getting to know and understand their businesses.
