He enjoys drawing on his substantial technical and strategic experience to lead clients through the entire transaction process offering unique perspectives and practical solutions to resolve even the most challenging deal issues. He leads the process of drafting and negotiating letters of intent, stock or asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, earnouts, indemnities and all key transaction documents.

Nate also acts as outside general counsel to a number of corporate clients. He regularly advises companies and investors regarding the formation and structuring of new businesses, private equity and debt financings, recapitalizations, corporate governance, regulatory matters, executive compensation and complex commercial relationships.
