Nath has expertise in all areas of UK asylum, immigration and nationality law, with particular emphasis on applications based on domestic abuse; applications based on family and private life; applications by EEA nationals and their family members; asylum claims on the basis of sexual identity and political opinion; and applications by children in care and care leavers.

Nath has acted in cases before the First-Tier and Upper Tribunal, and the Administrative Court.

Nath is regularly asked to provide commentary and training on immigration and asylum law, including for ILPA and Free Movement.

Qualified in 2017; joined Leigh Day Solicitors in November 2022; made Senior Associate Solicitor in April 2024.
