Natalie has 15 years of experience in dispute resolution within the construction industry. She leads the contentious construction practice at Wedlake Bell and has successfully resolved a wide range of complex construction project disputes, working with clients across various sectors. Clients describe her as “first-class” and with “great insight, knowledge, tactics”.’

She is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, arbitration and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. Her clients include corporate occupiers, developers, contractors, consultants, private clients and investment funds.

She has particular experience in being part of a project team to manage live projects, anticipating issues before they arise and preventing disputes from escalating. She has an in depth working knowledge of a wide range of documentation related to construction projects.

Career

Natalie has been a Partner at Wedlake Bell since 2021. She is a regular contributor to industry publications including Construction News, Building and Property Week. Natalie is a committee member of the Technology and Construction Solicitor’s Association and a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Natalie holds a law degree from The University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London with Distinction.
