Practice Areas
Natalie enjoys a broad commercial disputes practice, with a particular interest in insolvency, company law disputes and commercial litigation. Her burgeoning reputation sees her regularly instructed to appear in the High Court and County Court, along with advisory work, both as sole counsel and being led as part of a larger team.
She has recently acted as a led junior in complex multi-million-pound unfair prejudice and linked partnership dissolution proceedings and as sole counsel in relation to high-value dishonest assistance, knowing receipt, unjust enrichment and unlawful means conspiracy claims.
She has previously been led in matters relating to proprietary injunctions and search and seizure orders involving crypto-assets, as well as a large-scale civil fraud. Other recent matters have included: applications in relation to defective administration appointments; contested administration extensions, advising in relation to allegations of fraud falling outside of a bankrupt’s release from bankruptcy; and successfully acting for a further education establishment in relation to an alleged breach of contract involving the European Regional Development Fund.
Natalie also has extensive experience acting for defendants in relation to ‘unfair relationship’ claims arising from payment protection insurance policies.
