Practice Areas
Natalie enjoys a broad commercial disputes practice, with a particular interest in insolvency, company law disputes and commercial litigation. Her burgeoning reputation sees her regularly instructed to appear in the High Court and County Court, along with advisory work, both as sole counsel and being led as part of a larger team.
She has recently acted as a led junior in a complex misfeasance claim involving issues such as de facto directorship and VAT-fraud.
She has also been led in a multi-million-pound unfair prejudice petition and linked partnership proceedings and acted as sole counsel in relation to a high-value dishonest assistance and unlawful means conspiracy claim, as well as in matters relating to proprietary injunctions, search and seizure orders involving crypto assets, and applications for income protection orders involving service out of the jurisdiction.
Natalie also has extensive experience acting for defendants in relation to ‘unfair relationship’ claims arising from payment protection insurance policies.

Law and German LLB (First Class Honours).
Diploma in the Foundations of German Law, University of Passau, Germany.
International Business Law LLM.
Prior to commencing practice at the Bar in 2019, Natalie spent two years working as a paralegal for a leading national law firm.
