Ms. Barahona has centered her practice in banking, financial and project finance matters and she regularly leads complex transactions in such areas. Ms. Barahona, whose practice of law extends for two decades, has vast experience in domestic and cross-border lending transactions, debt restructuring; bond placements; and project finance, especially in connection to energy and natural resources, and infrastructure projects, advising both lenders and borrowers . Ms. Barahona has also ample experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, having been involved in some of the most emblematic reorganization procedures in recent times.
