Carlos Silva concentrates his practice in projects, financing and acquisitions, mainly in the infrastructure and energy fields. His experience covers PPP projects. He has broad experience and knowledge of the industry which provides him a global vision and the ability to manage complex projects in their different phases. He normally leads multidisciplinary teams, combining the underlying regulatory aspects of the project and the complexities involved (bidding processes, project financing, M&A or restructurings). He has advised some of the major infrastructure developers and investors worldwide and leading banks and financial institutions.
