We are at the forefront of innovation, when it comes to structuring projects mainly in the infrastructure and energy fields; which allows us to be part of the most sophisticated and challenging transactions.

With respect to our transactional work, we are usually involved in high-end projects, structuring, developing, purchasing/selling and/or financing them, and we characterize for not representing always the same type of party; on the contrary, we advise investors and developers, as well as lenders, including banks and other type of investors participating in project finance.

We have regulatory experience advising on due diligence process, participating in bidding processes, negotiating with the relevant authorities in all matters related to the projects, and in litigation. As consequence, we have the role of lead adviser for a number of leading infrastructure developers and investors, not only in connection with their acquisition or financing transactions related to the project, but also during the whole life and development of the project, with regards to the main regulatory issues including tenders for public works concessions (toll roads, hospitals, airports, etc.), negotiations and litigation.
