Mónica is an Intellectual Property and Technology of counsel at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She is specialised in trademarks, designs, advertising, distribution and unfair competition Law. She provides contractual assessment to a wide range of companies and has an extensive experience before the Spanish Advertising Self-Regulatory Body (Autocontrol) and in litigious work before Civil, Commercial, Administrative courts as well as before the General Court and the European Court of Justice.
