Miriam Simsa is a partner at Schoenherr's Vienna office, specialising in Insolvency & Restructuring and Banking & Finance, with a focus on restructuring driven transactions. Miriam is regularly advising on complex restructurings, re-financings and loan sales in Austria and CEE/CIS and on Austrian insolvency law. She mainly advises national and international financial institutions and investors. In 2013/14 Miriam was seconded to an international law firm in London, where she worked in the firm's finance group.
