Stefanie Stegbauer is a counsel with Schoenherr in Vienna, where she focuses on competition law and the management of internal investigations. She advises clients in all aspects of Austrian and EU merger control and antitrust law, as well as regarding the implementation of comprehensive antitrust compliance programmes. Stefanie has extensive experience in supporting companies during dawn raids and in carrying out internal audits. Within Schoenherr's corporate investigations and crisis management team, Stefanie acts as the main point of contact for forensic measures and e-discovery projects. Another focus of her current work is on follow-on damage litigation.
With Schoenherr since 2008, she has previously worked for an international law firm.
